Weaving together Eastern and Western teachings, which includes training in different branches of astrology, hypnotherapy and meditation, has aided Catherine in creating her own unique teaching method and lifestyle.

Catherine is one of the founders, a director and a teacher at The Northern Star College of Mystical Studies. She is a professional astrologer (1986), hypnotherapist (1997) and a certified Chopra Center (www.chopra.com) instructor.

A passion for uncovering one’s “naked voice” to coin a Chloe Goodchild phrase has had Catherine exploring sound therapy and writing articles, songs and poetry.
